SERVICES PROVIDED
Cranes and Forklifts (no charge)
Loading and unloading of displays from 23 August to 6 September 2010, between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm is free of charge.
To be fair to all exhibitors, cranes and forklifts are available for loading and unloading purposes only and cannot be tied up on assembly or disassembly work.
Electricity (no charge)
The power grid provides 240 volt power within 20 metres of sites. Exhibitors must provide their own extension leads and all power leads and appliances must be properly tagged in accordance with safety regulations. Three phase power is available in certain areas on request to Ag Show office.
Water Service (no charge)
Water is delivered to sites and pumped into containers supplied by exhibitors.
Post Hole Digging (no charge)
This service is available on a first in, first served basis and booked at the site office. All post and flag pole holes are to be dug by the Ag Show contractor.
Courier Service (no charge)
The parcel pick up service is available from the site office and Dalgety Centre. Details of collection are in the exhibitor handbook and mailed with the Ag Show passes.
Security
The entire site is under security protection from Friday 27 August until Monday 6 September 2010 between the hours of 5.00pm - 8.00am.
Loading and Unloading Ramps
Are located at the Northern, Southern and Eastern entry areas.
Mobile Wash Down
For vehicles and large machinery is available at the site office.
SITE INFORMATION
- Opening Hours (General Public) - 8.30am - 5.00pm

- Setting Up Displays - all exhibitors can begin set up from Monday 23 August 2010 from 8.00am - 5.00pm. All displays must be completed by Monday 30 August 2010 at 8.00pm.
- Dismantling - for safety reasons no vehicles, cranes or forklifts are allowed into the static display area until 5.00pm Thursday 2 September 2010.
- Onsite Demonstrations are encouraged as long as all consideration is afforded neighbouring displays and any diggers have the prior approval of the organiser.
- Repairing Sites - all sites must be repaired and returned to their original condition at the completion of the field days.
- Building Permits - all temporary buildings (not including tents and marquees) require a temporary building permit from the site office.
- Telephones - exhibitors requiring their own telephone lines must contact Telstra direct to book this service. Fax forms are available from the Ag Show office to organise this service.
- Rubbish is collected - daily during the event and each night from bins located within the static display area.
