SITE ALLOCATIONS
Current 2009 exhibitors have the option of retaining their site/s for the 2010 Ag Show or moving to another area. Sites not confirmed by 31 March 2010 will be reallocated.
SITE SHARING (Piggy Backing)
Exhibitors must not allow any other individual or organisation to share their display site unless there is a genuine distribution link. The organisers reserve the right to refuse display rights or charge the appropriate site rental if they consider there has been a breach of this policy.
EXHIBITORS PASSES
Passes are mailed out in August and provide entry to the static display area and exhibitor's car parks.
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS
Camping is permitted in a designated area and is limited to persons required to tend their stock. Livestock passes are required for security and entry purposes. Cleaning the livestock area will be before 8am each morning.
